Rayco offers a surveillance system maintenance program to ensure that your system always works properly.  We offer an onsite service that examines each camera and the recording device (dvr or nvr) for satisfactory performance to be sure they are recording as designed.

Once or twice yearly depending on the level of care you select, we will clean each camera lens cover, examine each connector.

We will optimize the recording drive to best utilize the space and make recommendations as to adding space to retain an optimum recording time.

We will check the parameters of the machine, check the date of recordings and check and install firmware updates.

Finally, we have the ability to monitor alerts and errors, notify you of the issue and correct them quickly.
